Summer Travel & Scheduling
Students who continue monthly tuition remain continuously enrolled and keep their reserved weekly time and current tuition rate. During June, July, or August, they may use one of these approved options:
Summer arrangements require advance written approval. Rearranged lessons must be completed within the agreed scheduling period and cannot be rescheduled a second time. Full tuition and enrollment terms are explained in the Lesson Policies.
Important Calendar Notes
Monthly tuition: After the prorated first month, tuition remains at the regular fixed monthly rate. It is not increased during five-lesson months or reduced during published Academy closures and breaks.
Published breaks: The closures above are planned in advance, are built into the monthly tuition structure, and are not considered teacher cancellations.
Stopping for the summer: The regular 30-day written notice policy applies. The weekly time is released, and later re-enrollment is subject to availability and the tuition rates then in effect.
Weather: Because lessons are online, local school weather closures do not automatically cancel lessons.
